Apply Phase 1 to clean, dry skin on the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently and leave on for up to 3 minutes (do not rinse off). Then apply Phase 2 to the same areas and allow to absorb.

For best results, use every 3?4 days preferably in the evening, and apply SPF 30 or higher sunscreen the next morning.
